Annalee (Houldson) Moore

Annalee Houldson Moore, 92, of Terre Haute, Indiana, passed away on Monday, October 23, 2017, at her home in Terre Haute.

            She was born on July 17, 1925, in Owen County, Indiana, the daughter of Jacob Houldson and Fern Harbin Houldson.   

            Annalee was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Dexter Moore, a brother, Scott Houldson, four sisters, Helen Coble, Pansy Howell, Waneta Houldson, and Vida Shake, and two step grandchildren.

Survivors include her son Loren Moore (Pongueita) of Monrovia, two daughters, Janice Walters (Richard) of Shelburn, and Nancy Padgett (Walter) of Farmersburg, five grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren, and two great-great-grandchildren.

            Funeral services will be at 1:00 PM, Tuesday, October 31, 2017, at Newkirk’s Funeral Home in Dugger. Interment will follow in Mt. Moriah Cemetery located in Dugger, Indiana. A visitation will be held from 11:00 AM until 1:00 PM on Tuesday at Newkirk’s Funeral Home.
