Kenneth Wayne Brewer

Kenneth Wayne Brewer, 74, of Needville, Texas, went to be with the Lord on February 17, 2017.

Kenneth was born January 9, 1943 in Dugger, Indiana, the son of the late Carl and Amie Brewer. He was the second youngest of ten children.

He served in the US Army on a tank crew in the 1960s. 

He is survived by his daughter and son in law, Renae and Terry Green of Edna, TX, daughter Amy Sebastian of Needville, TX, grandchildren Hailey Sebastian and Preston Sebastian of Needville, TX, and siblings Ester Montgomery of Dugger, and Jane Snapp of Sullivan.  

He was preceded in death by his wife Juanita Brewer, four sisters, and three brothers.

A graveside service will be held at Dugger Cemetery on Friday, February 24, 2017, at 11:00 AM with Pastor Jerry Carmichael officiating. Military graveside rites will be held by the Sullivan, Shelburn, Hymera, and Dugger American Legion Posts and the Sullivan VFW.

Arrangements were entrusted to Newkirk’s Funeral Home in Dugger, Indiana.
