I went through all 12 years of school (Pleasantville Grade School and Union High School) with Wilma. She was always so pleasant and kind to me when others were not. She understood my home situation. On one of my visits up here, when I lived in Memphis, TN, I stopped by Mary Sherman Hospital. Before we knew it we had visited for 3 hours. I will never forget it. I will really miss her. Eddie, you are in my thoughts and prayers. I am so joyful that she found you to share her life with. RIP Wilma. ❤️🙏🌹

So sad to hear of news. I too will miss the Facebook postings. Being so far from my Indiana home I always love to read of happenings in Pleasantville (will always be home to me). There are never adequate words to share when a loved one passes to soften the feelings. My thoughts always turn to remembering the wonderful memories and keep them close in your heart. Praying for you all.

Dear Eddie,Sandra,Larry, and Ruthie,

Was so sorry to see that Wilma pasted away. She fought a long hard battle w her health. Have many great memories of the Hardesty Bunch from our youthful times. Always full of fun and laughter. Mom shared great stories of her and Wilmas visits in apartments while Wilma was in college. She will be greatly missed as she cooks, bakes, and tends heavenly home. Sam's granddaughter is getting married Saturday at 1 pm and w travel won't be able to make her service RIP.

Kaye,
Thank you for your kind words. We always looked forward to our visits to Paris, IL & had so much fun visiting with your family. Your mom and Wilma had a great friendship and lots of long conversations. We missed you, but glad you had a joyous event to attend.
Sincerely,
Ruthie

Will miss her uplifting words on facebook. But know we will know one another one day in that prepared place for those who believe in our Lord. Will keep her loved ones in my prayers for she will leave a void here on this earth.

I worked with Wilma at MSH and became a good friend. We had lots of laughs and even hid her ducks behind the house and they had a hard time finding them. I loved and enjoyed her friendship through the years and kept in touch with her. Her smile and kindness will surely be missed. Christine Stultz
