Terry Lee Tincher

Terry Lee Tincher, 79 of Lewis, Indiana passed away March 30, 2024 at his residence in Lewis. Indiana. .Terry was born November 18, 1944 in Stickney, West Virginia, the son of Doyle R. Tincher and Maxine (Barre) Tincher. He was a farmer and self-employed truck driver, also the owner of Tincher Trucking. He was a veteran and a member of Clay City, Indiana American Leion Post # 225. He was preceded in death by his parents, a brother, and two sisters. Survivors include his companion of twenty six and a half years, Donna Oliver, two sons, Scott Tincher of Clay City, Indiana, Sam Tincher of Clay City, Indiana, a daughter, Jennifer Tullis (Eric) of Franklin, Indiana, three step daughters, Tracy Akers (Lavon) of Jasonville, Indiana, Tina Wright of Jasonville, Indiana, Jodi Scott (Joe) of Sullivan, Indiana, a brother, Denny Tincher of Brownsburg, Indiana, fifteen grandchildren, Allie, Danielle, Olivia, Joshua, Morgan, Devin, Beth, Chris, Trevor, Isaac, Cloe, Nick, Josey, Isabel, Gracie, eight great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held at Newkirk’s Funeral Home in Dugger, Indiana, 1:00 P.M. April 3, 2024. Visitation will be 11:00 A.M until the time of the service. Interment will follow in Dugger Cemetery in Dugger, Indiana.
