David Goodman Obituary

David C. Goodman Sr., 60 of Sullivan, IN passed away on June 3, 2018 in Sullivan County Community Hospital in Sullivan, IN.

He was born April 19, 1958, the son of Norman Goodman and Barbara (Camden) Goodman. David was preceded in death by his parents.

He was employed at Tri Ad Coal Mine. He was a member of the Linton and Sullivan Moose lodges #1434 & 2517.

Survivors include his companion, Julie Post of Sullivan, IN, two sons, David Goodman Jr. of Englewood, Fl. and Brandon Goodman of Linton, IN, three daughters, Tonya Cary (Rodney) of Fort Wayne, IN, and Michelle Turner (Michael) of Fort Wayne, IN, Kim Reynolds of Tipton, IN, two Brothers, Jeffrey Goodman of Indianapolis, IN and Russell Goodman of Carlisle, IN, two sisters, Karen Farris (Kenny) of Indianapolis, IN and Kathy McIntyre of Indianapolis, IN, ten grandchildren and one great grandchild.

Funeral services will be held at Newkirk’s Funeral Home in Dugger, IN on Friday June 8, 2018 at 1:00 PM with the Pastor Warren Shake officiating. Visitation will be Friday June 8, 2018 from 11:00 AM until the time of the service; Internment will be at Burris Chapel Cemetery in Sullivan County, IN.
