Beverly Jeanette Misner, 80, of Linton, IN passed away Sunday August 30, 2020 at Sullivan Co. Community Hospital.

She was born in Olney, IL May 13, 1940 the daughter, of Ellis Everette Rodgers and Blanche Reed Rodgers.

Jeannette was a member of the Mt. Zion Church of Christ in Carlisle, IN.

She was preceded in death by her parents, and two sisters, Alice Reis and Mary Brown

Survivors include her husband of 63 years, James Misner whom she married on August 9, 1957, three sons, Jim Misner Jr. (Shannon) of Titusville, FL, Bob Misner (Cammy) of Dugger, IN and Michael Misner (Lori) of Linton, IN, a brother, Tom Rodgers (Carolyn) of Leesburg, FL, three sisters, Lida Taylor of Manteno, IL, Rose Teel of Springfield, IL and Carroll Negley (Richard) of Ft. Myers, FL, six grandchildren, Brooke Perigo (Seth), Mallory Rosado, Zachary Misner, Brittney Albright (Jared), Luke Misner (Betsy), Neely Walker (Zach) and eight great grandchildren.

There will be a celebration of life at a later date. Arrangements were entrusted to Newkirk’s Funeral Home.
