Clifford Allen Burdette (Cliff) age 39 of Dugger entered into Eternal rest on Sunday, February 13, 2022 at the Signature Healthcare of Terre Haute nursing home.
He was born in Sullivan Indiana on December 31, 1982 the son of Patrick Allen Burdette and Robin Dicus. He was one of many delivered by the late Dr. Betty Dukes.
Clifford was the biggest Colts fan and loved supporting his favorite football team. You never saw him without his favorite Colt’s hat on. He loved fishing and attending any Hank Williams Jr. concert he could. Clifford had a unique shyness about him, that if you knew him, you loved him. He had one of the biggest hearts in the would and would do anything for anybody. He loved his family especially his nieces and nephew’s which he adored and loved giving a hard time.
Clifford was preceded in death by his mother, Robin Dicus (9/30/96), two Aunts, Darlene Edmonson, and Brenda Daniels, and his grandparents, Joe and Norma Dicus.
Clifford is survived by his father Patrick Allen Burdette (Sally), of Dugger Indiana, one Sister, Amey Loveless (John), of Dugger, Indiana. One brother, Carl Pennington of Linton, Indiana, two nieces, Jacey Loveless (Quentin) of Jasonville, Indiana, Mylea Loveless of Dugger, Indiana, three cousins which he thought of as nephews, Josh Gillenwater, Andrew, and Jesse Mealey all of Wyoming. Several aunts, Uncles, Cousins, and His close friends.
Due to him testing positive for COVID a few days ago, Clifford will be cremated, and his ashes will be buried with his mother at the Fairview Cemetery I Linton, Indiana. There will be a celebration of Life at a late date and the date will be posted on his Facebook page by his sister Amey Loveless after arrangements are mad and the date is set.
