Donna Jean (Whitt) Lester

Donna Jean Lester, 72 of Bloomfield, IN passed away July 24, 2022 at her residence.

            She was born October 10, 1949 in Huntington West Virginia, the daughter of Glenn Whitt and Irene Jessie Whitt.

            Donna graduated from South Point High School in Ohio. She was an assembler at Boston Scientific in Spencer, IN.

            She was preceded in death by her parents, in addition to her parents Donna has now joined her loving husband of 32 years Gene Lester, three sisters, Sue Ison, Ann Pauley, and Kay Johnson.

            Survivors include two sons, Brian G. Lester of Linton, IN, and Gary R. Lester of Bloomfield, IN, a brother, Jack Whitt (Martha) of Chesapeake, OH, and four grandchildren, Tiffany Lester, Briana Burks (Kyle), Austin Lester, and Dustin Lester.

            Funeral services will be held at Newkirk’s Funeral Home in Dugger, IN Saturday July 30, 2022 at 1:00 PM with  Tyler Shields officiating. Visitation will be Saturday July 30, 2022 11:00 AM until the time of service.  Interment will follow in the Pleasantville Cemetery in Pleasantville, IN.
