E. Allen Webb

E. Allen Webb, 72, of Carlisle, IN passed away Friday, January 28, 2022, at Regional Hospital in Terre Haute, IN.

He was born in Sullivan, IN on January 10, 1950, and raised by his grandparents, Earl “Sol” and Elizabeth Alsop. Allen attended Union High School in Dugger, IN.

He enjoyed fishing, camping, and raising animals. He loved to spend time with his family and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents and grandparents, a brother, Bobby Dean Webb, two sisters, Elizabeth Clerk and Mary Spencer, and granddaughter, Rylee Annell Webb.

Survivors include his wife of 49 years, Jenny (Griggs) Webb, whom he married on September 11, 1972, a sister, Linda (Webb) Aldridge of Sullivan, IN, two children, Jason Earl Webb (Laurie) of Dugger, IN, and Elizabeth Alaine Fritzinger (Chris) of Jasonville, IN, Keith Slawson (Nellie) of Brazil, IN, and Kevin Drake of Carlisle, IN, and seven grandchildren, Moriah Bowen (Andy Martin), Gavin Fritzinger, Luke Fritzinger, Seth Fritzinger, Keira Webb, Mo James Fritzinger, and Jonas Von Kroge.

Visitation will be Tuesday, February 1, 2022, at Newkirk’s Funeral Home from 4:00 PM until 8:00 PM with a eulogy at 7:00 PM.

There will be no burial, cremation has been chosen.
