Eva “Carolyn” Clark, 78, of Linton, Indiana, passed away on Thursday, April 17, 2014, at Lyons Health and Living Center in Lyons, Indiana.
She was born on November 28, 1935, in Sullivan the daughter of Noah Hawkins and Dola Marie (Pope) Hawkins.
She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother John “Jack” Hawkins and a sister Betty Canada.
Survivors include her husband Carl Lewis Clark of Linton, two sons, David Lewis Clark (Linda) of Linton, and Carl Dean Clark (Connie) of Sullivan, one daughter, Debra Linn Helms (Warren) of Bloomfield, one brother, Gene Hawkins (Bertha) of Jasonville, eleven grandchildren, and eleven great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be at 1:00 PM, Saturday, April 19, 2014, at Fellowship Baptist Church in Linton with Pastor Kenneth Adams officiating. Interment will follow in Lebanon Cemetery located in Midland. Friends may call from 10:30 AM until 1:00 PM on Saturday, April 19, 2014, at Fellowship Baptist Church.
