Jacqueline Cullison, 53, of Dugger, Indiana, passed away on Monday, June, 22, 2015, at Sullivan County Community Hospital in Sullivan, Indiana.
She was born on June 18, 1962, in Sullivan the daughter of Vernon Donald Chambers and Mary Lou Scott.
She was preceded in death by her parents, and one sister, Angie Chambers.
Survivors include her husband, Robert Lee Cullison, two daughters, Tiffany Farris of Rockville, and Tara Danielle Cullison of Rockville, one sister, Misty Bredawen of Bloomington, and four grandchildren, Seth William Lee Farris, Matthew Farris Jr., Alexis Star Farris, and Cordelia Roxanne Cullison.
Cremation is scheduled. Arrangements were entrusted to Newkirk’s Funeral Home in Dugger, Indiana.
