Joe Ray Bohnert

Joe Ray Bohnert, 52 of Dugger, IN passed away on Saturday August 4, 2018 in Union Hospital Terre Haute, IN.

            He was born in Sullivan County, IN on February 7, 1966. He is the son of Kenneth R. Bohnert and Marilyn (Griffith) Bohnert. Joe Ray was employed at White Stallion Mine in Mt Carmel, IL. He was a member of the Cass United Methodist Church in Cass, IN.

            He was preceded in death by a son, Tanner Joe Bohnert.

            Survivors include his parents, his wife, Carrie (Inman) Bohnert, two daughters, LaTasha Jo Ball of Dugger, IN and Kaylee Bohnert of Dugger, IN, two step sons, Wyatt Inman of Dugger, IN and Weston Inman of Dugger, IN, one brother, Allan Bohnert (Connie) of Dugger, IN, one sister, Kathy Goodman (Myron) of Sullivan, IN, two grandchildren, Briana Jones of Brownsburg, IN and Wyatt ( Little Man) Ball of Dugger, IN , and several nieces and nephews.

            A Celebration of Life will be held at Newkirk’s Funeral Home in Dugger IN, on August 13, 2018  from 4:00 PM until 8:00 PM.  Burial will be at a later date in the Dugger Cemetery.
