Karmela L Camden, 54, of Sullivan, Indiana, passed away on Thursday, March 6, 2014, at Glenburn Nursing Home in Linton, Indiana.
She was born on December 13, 1959, in Sullivan the daughter of James Robert “Bob” Goodman and Sharon Arnold Goodman.
Karm was formerly employed at Greene County General Hospital. She was a member of the First Christian Church in Dugger and the FOE #4470 in Sullivan.
She was preceded in death by her mother Sharon Arnold Goodman in 1988, her husband, Bob Camden in 2002, and her grandmother Pauline (Polly) Kruse in 2013.
Survivors include her father Bob Goodman (Nancy) of Dugger, two daughters, Kasey Golish (Clark) of Sullivan, IN, Bobbie Jo Schofield (Andrew) of Shelburn, IN, two sisters, Kelly Moore (Tim) of Taylorsville, IN, Kathie Starnes of Sullivan, and one brother, Jeff Smith (Timi) of Dugger and four grandchildren, Cabela, Camden, and Fount Golish, Ava Jo Schofield, and her best friend, Chris Land.
Funeral services will be at 10:30 AM, Saturday, March 8, 2014, at Newkirk’s Funeral Home in Dugger with Bro. Brock Cox officiating. Interment will follow in Dugger Cemetery. Friends may call from 4:00 PM until 8:00 PM on Friday, March 7, 2014, at Newkirk’s Funeral Home.
