Kenneth Eugene Murphy

Kenneth Eugene “Murph” Murphy, 60, of Linton, IN passed away Friday May 22, 2020 at Regional Hospital in Terre Haute, IN

            He was born in Bloomington, IN December 6, 1959 the son of Robert Dale Murphy and Wanda L Sweat Murphy.

            Murph was formerly employed at Peabody Coal Co.

            He was preceded in death by his parents, the mother of his children Susan Mosher, and three brothers, Pete, Bruce and Jimmy Murphy.

            Survivors include one son Chris Mosher (Ashley) of Sullivan, IN two daughters, Missy Mosher of Sullivan, IN Dakota Murphy of Minnesota, a brother, Mike Murphy (Mary Jane) of Linton, IN a sister Theresa Thompson (Rocky) of Louisiana, five grandchildren, Susan, Sara Colton, Kenny, and Alex.

            A Celebration of Life will be held at Newkirk’s Funeral Home in Dugger, IN Wednesday, May 27, 2020 from 4:00PM until 6:00PM.
