Michael Steven Sparks

Michael Steven Sparks, 35, of Ellettsville, Indiana, passed away on Thursday, September 10, 2015, at his home in Ellettsville.
He was born on August 14, 1980, in Bloomington, Indiana, the son of Steven Eugene Sparks and Vivian Walker. He was a member of Souls Matter Church in Bloomington.  
He was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather Forest Eugene Sparks, and maternal grandparents Rosemary and Paul Bledsoe.
Survivors include his father, Steven Sparks (Meg) of Peoria, Arizona, his mother, Vivian Walker (Stephen) of Ellettsville, paternal grandmother Nada Young (John) of Dugger, paternal step-grandparents George and Shirley Walker of Ellettsville, a daughter Isabella Paige Sparks of Spencer, five brothers, Bradley Eugene Sparks of Ellettsville, Kevin Sparks (Amber) of Bloomington, Andy Walker of Bloomington, Marc Sparks of Peoria, Arizona, and Zack Sparks of Peoria Arizona, one nephew Nathan Gage Sparks of Ellettsville, and two nieces Jordan Cummins of Bloomington, and Jessica Templeman of Ellettsville.
Graveside services will be at 11:00 AM, Tuesday, September 15, 2015, at Dugger Cemetery with Pastor Mark Bledsoe and Pastor Aaron Strunk officiating.
Arrangements were entrusted to Newkirk’s Funeral Home in Dugger, Indiana.
