Regina G. (Putoff) Hall

Regina G. Hall, 77, of Dugger, IN passed away Tuesday, April 7, 2026, at her residence. She was born in Sullivan, IN on February 12, 1949, the daughter, of George Putoff and Martha Ballard Putoff. Regina went to Indiana State University and St. Anthony's, she was a member of the Eastern Star and retired as a Radiology Technician after 40 years. She was preceded in death by her parents, also a son, J.D. Hall. Survivors include her husband, of 57 years, Larry Hall whom she married on June 7, 1969, also a daughter, Sara Colen (Kyle) of Lexington, IN, a sister, Lydia Reed (Ernie) of Leesburg, Fl., four grandchildren, Leland, Grace, Hope, and Eleanor Colen, three nephews, Chris Stone, Anthony Reed, and Brandon Reed. There will be a Celebration of Life Saturday, April 18, 2026 at the Shelter House in Dugger, IN from 12:00PM until 3:00PM. Newkirk’s Funeral Home was honored to assist with arrangements.
