Roberta "Berti" (Castor) Bristow

Roberta “Berti” Bristow, 76, of Linton, Indiana passed away on November 22 ,2024 at her residence surrounded by her loving family.

Berti was born March 2, 1948, in Noblesville Indiana the daughter of Lester Castor and Helen Castor. She was a member of the Linton American Legion Post #22 and the Linton Moose Lodge #1434. Her hobbies were travel and her plants. Berti was a homemaker.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Charles Bristow Sr. and sister Sue Campbell.

Survivors include her son Charles Bristow (Amanda) of Sullivan, Indiana, daughter Jamie Peck (Jim) of Linton, Indiana, her companion, Cliff McCammon of Linton, Indiana, three grandchildren: Tony Street, Sean Bristow and Heather Bristow and two great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held at Newkirk’s Funeral Home in Dugger, Indiana at 1:00 PM Tuesday, November 26, 2024, with Bro. Jerry Carmichael officiating. Visitation will be from 11:00AM to the time of the service. Interment will follow in Longs Chapel Cemetery in Sullivan County, Indiana.
