Rose Marie (Copeland) Walker

Rose Marie Walker 84, of Fairland, IN passed away Monday, May 18, 2026, at her son’s residence. She was born in Algood, Tenn. December 8, 1941, the daughter of Osborne Copeland and Anne Myrtle Gilliam Copeland. Rose Marie was a retired school. . She was preceded in death by her husband James Ray Walker,  parents, Osborne and Anne Myrtle Copeland, also a brother, Douglas Copeland. Surviving her are 5 children; Cheryl Wallace, Sheila Marie, Stephen Walker, Joe Walker, and Christina Garnica, three brothers, Joseph Copeland, Walter Copeland and Wallace Copeland, also 24 grandchildren, 21 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild. Funeral services will be at 2:00PM Monday, May 25, 2026 at Newkirk’s Funeral Home in Dugger with Pastor David Zemple officiating. Visitation will be from 12:00PM until services at 2:00PM at the Funeral Home. Burial will follow in the Dugger Cemetery. .
