Rosemary Alsman, 83 of Dugger, IN passed away March 20, 2020 at Shakamak Retirement Community Home in Jasonville, IN.
She was born June 6, 1936 in Sullivan County, IN the daughter of Floyd Wesley Robert and Jeanette Marie (Swan) Robert.
Rosemary was a homemaker and farm wife. She was a member of the Fellowship Baptist Church of Linton, IN and the First Baptist Church of Linton, IN.
She was preceded in death by parents, her husband, Fred Alsman, one son, Michael Alsman, two sisters, Loretta Sherrill, and Bette Haywood.
Survivors include three sons, Floyd Alsman (Mary) of Vincennes, IN, Dennis Alsman (Cheryl) of Lyons, IN, Tony Alsman of Dugger, IN, one daughter, Terry Bishop (Paul) of Dugger, IN, two sisters, Helen Ming of Cass, IN, Claris Pope of Dugger, IN one brother, Mark Secrest (Sue) of Shelburn, IN, eight grandchildren, Anna Hayes (Garth), Lilly Roettgen (Dan), Jewell Bishop, Ian Alsman (Brenna) Jared Bishop (Riki), Justin Alsman, Ashton Hays (Travis), James Bishop, two step grandchildren, Jamey Sindlinger (Mike), Christina Teepee, Seven great grandchildren and six step great grandchildren.
A graveside service will be 2:00 P.M. Sunday March 22, 2020 at Hickory Cemetery in Dugger, IN with Bro. Doug Cassel officiating. Interment will follow at Hickory Cemetery. Funeral services were entrusted to Newkirk’s Funeral Home in Dugger, IN.
