Sharain Rex Brewer

            Sharain Rex Brewer, 74, of Sandborn, IN passed away Wednesday, February 23, 2022 at his residence.

            He was born in Linton, IN August 30, 1947 the son of Foster Brewer and  Viles (Sexton) Brewer.

            Rex retired from Dupont Pioneer Seed Co.

            He was preceded in death by his parents, also three brothers, Bernard Brewer, Wilson Brewer, and Howard Brewer, and a sister, Yvonne Tulowitsky.

            Survivors include his wife, Waynetta  (Howard) Brewer of 55 years whom he married on

February 18, 1967, two daughters, Luree Brewer of Sandborn, IN and Sharon Catt (Philip)of Sandborn, IN, two brothers, Derward Brewer (Lisa)of Pleasantville, IN., Nelson Brewer (Pam) of Sullivan, IN, two grandchildren, Ebony Starnes, and Eden Pemberton, six great grandchildren, Tristan, Taylor, Lizzie, Jocelyn, Abigail and Jaxson, and several nieces and nephews.

            Graveside services will be at 2:00PM Sunday, February 27, 2022 at Sandborn Cemetery in Sandborn, IN with Bro. Larry Calvert officiating. There will be no visitation. Arrangements were entrusted to Newkirk’s Funeral Home.
