Susan Joy Buskirk

Susan Joy Buskirk, 76, of Jasonville, Indiana passed away on Sunday, April 28, 2024 at Southwood Healthcare in Terre Haute, Indiana.

She was born on October 23, 1947 in Brazil, Indiana the daughter of Betty Jean Love Slater. Susan worked at Keller Aluminum and was a lifelong homemaker.

She is preceded in death by her mother Betty Jean Slater, husband Floyd Buskirk on January 21, 2011 and her son Marty L. Buskirk.

Survivors include her son, Lee A. (Patty) Buskirk of Jasonville, Indiana, brother, Rick (Karen) Love of Naturita, Colorado, granddaughter, Ashley Ball and two great-grandchildren; Ivan and Ivy McKinley.

Per Susans wishes cremation will take place. Arrangements were entrusted to Newkirk’s Funeral Home.
