Thomas Joe Camden, 73, of Linton, IN passed away Wednesday, April 29, 2020.
He was born in Sullivan, IN January 12, 1947 the son of Alfred Wayne Camden and Annabelle Esra Camden.
Tom was retired from Local #224 Evansville, IN, he was a member of the Dugger Sons of American Legion Post #224.
He was preceded in death by his parents, also a brother, Bobby Camden.
Survivors include his wife of 38 years, Wilma Burdette Camden whom he married on March 6, 1982, a son, Joey Camden of Avon, IN, two daughters; Michelle Wright (Kevin) and Christi Moore (Jay) all of Linton, IN, a brother, Johnny Camden (Deanna) of Dugger, IN two sisters; Sissy Armstrong of Dugger, IN and Jamie Ray (Walt) of Linton, IN, four grandchildren, Shandi Wilson (Andy), Jathan Wright (Krystal), Jaspar Moore, and Caleb Moore, five great grandchildren; Morgan, Ellie, Aiden, Adley, and Jayne.
Tom was an avid outdoorsman, he loved hunting, fishing, mushroom hunting, sports (IU basketball, Pacers, and Nascar). He enjoyed spending quality time with his family, especially his grandchildren.
Due to the current pandemic conditions there will be no services at this time. There will be a celebration of Life at a later date.
Arrangements were entrusted to Newkirk’s Funeral Home.
