Winkie R Goodman

Winkie R. Goodman, 82 of Dugger, IN passed away Sunday July 26, 2020 at Sullivan County Community Hospital in Sullivan, IN.        

            Winkie was born in Sullivan County, IN. April 22, 1938 the son of Clay Goodman and Opal (Montgomery) Goodman.

            He was a member of the Dugger Masonic Lodge # 721 for 50 years. Winkie was a retired Coal Miner.

            He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife, Sue (Reynolds) Goodman, and one brother, Wilfred Goodman.

            Survivors include four daughters, Pamela Sue LeDune (Eric) of Dugger, IN, Peggy Goodman of Dugger, IN, Patricia Goodman (Doug Roach) of Dugger, IN, Polly Shaw (Michael) of Dugger, IN, one brother-in-law, Larry Reynolds (Penny) of Dugger, IN, five grandchildren, Josh LeDune (Rikki), Jason LeDune (Shae), Jory Goodman, Jaron Goodman (Karen), Jentry Shaw, six great grandchildren, Grayson, Harris, Nora, Callen, Carter, Colton, and one great granddaughter on the way, two nieces, Lisa Burch, Heidi Pigg (Dane), and three nephews Mark Reynolds (Sara), David Reynolds (Paula), and Craig Reynolds (Melly).

            There will be a private family service with Brother Nick Moore officiating with a Masonic Service to follow.

            Arrangements were entrusted to Newkirk’s Funeral Home in Dugger, IN.
