I am so sorry for your loss. Frank was one of the neighborhood "dads" that helped to keep an eye on us. He (and daughter, Brenda) took time to teach me how to saddle, care for, and ride horses. What a kind, hard-working man! He will be missed. RIP, Frank.

Frankie was one of the sweetest, kindest residents I had the pleasure to work with...You can certainly tell this man was full of love and life. He always made me smile and I will continue to smile every time I hear his name or think of him.
