Hot Chicken Salad
3 cups cooked chicken or turkey 1 cup slivered almonds 1 can sliced water chestnuts 1 small jar pimento 2 cups chopped celery 1 tbl. Lemon juice 1 can cream of celery soup or mushroom soup ½ cup mayonnaise 1 cup grated cheddar cheese 1 can French’s onion rings
Combine all ingredients except onion rings. Bake at 325 for 45 Minutes. Sprinkle onion rings on top and bake For 10 to 15 more minutes.

Easy Peach Cobbler
1 large can peaches 1 cup bisquick 1 cup sugar 1 cup milk 1 stick melted butter
Pour can of peaches in a casserole dish. pour butter over peaches. Mix together bisquick, sugar and milk and pour over peaches. bake at 350 for 40 minutes or until golden brown.

Swedish Nut Cake
2 cup Sugar 2 Tsp. Baking soda 2 cup Flour 2 Tsp. Vanilla 2 Eggs 1 -20 oz. can crushed pineapple, drained
Combine ingredients in large bowl, mix with a spoon. Batter will be thick and heavy. Pour into ungreased 13" x 9" pan or baking dish. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.

Cream Cheese Frosting
1- 8 oz. Package. cream cheese 1 3/4 cup powdered sugar 1/2 cup chopped nuts 1 tsp. vanilla 1 stick butter
Cream all ingredients together and spread on hot cake. Cool, thn refrigerate. Serves 12-16
