Charles L. Neff, 74, of Cass, Indiana passed away at 5:35 PM Monday November 30, 2015 at Terre Haute Regional Hospital.
He was born in Clark Co., Indiana October 23, 1941 the son of Hershel Neff and Helen Downing Neff.
Charles was retired from the Iron Workers Local #439 after 20 years, NSWC Crane, was a Vietnam Army Veteran and a member of the Dugger American Legion Post# 224.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Yolanda Singleton Neff who passed away in 2010, his parents, three brothers, Jerry Neff, Jack Neff, and Hershel Neff.
Survivors include three sons, Charles Lee Neff Jr. of Bedford,IN, Michael Ray Neff of Cass, IN, and Jeremy Dale Neff of Cass, IN. One daughter, Lisa Ann King (Joe) of Dugger, IN, two brothers, Donald Neff ( Cheryl) of Jasonville, IN and James Neff (Pamela) of Cass, IN, and seven grandchildren, Joseph Scott, Brandon, Taylor, Brianna, Jayden Caige, Hunter, and Graclyn.
Funeral services will be held at Newkirk’s Funeral Home in Dugger, IN at 1:00 PM Saturday December 5, 2015 with Bro. J.B. Smith officiating. Friends may call Friday, December 4, 2015 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Interment will follow in the Dugger Cemetery. Military graveside services will be held by the Dugger, Sullivan, Shelburn and Hymera Legion Posts and the Sullivan VFW Post.
