Dennis Lee Willoughby, 60, of Carlisle, IN, passed away at 2:15PM Sunday, July 13, 2014 at his residence.
He was born in Indianapolis, IN January 6, 1954 the son of Keith Willoughby and Leola Fulk Willoughby.
Dennis was preceded in death by his father.
Survivors include his mother, Leola Willoughby of Sullivan, IN one daughter, Elizabeth Scales (Joshua) of Dugger, IN, two sisters, Gloria Harper of Sullivan, IN, and Pam Hollenbaugh (John) of Carthage, IN, two grandchildren, Elijah and Kristopher Clavert.
There will be no services, cremation is scheduled, and a burial at a later date. Arrangements were entrusted to Newkirk’s Funeral Home.
