Kerman K Lovelace, 87, of Dugger, Indiana, passed away on Thursday, June 19, 2014, at Glenburn Nursing Home in Linton, Indiana.
He was born on March 16, 1927, in Greene County, Indiana, the son of Urban Lovelace and Dona Bedwell Lovelace.
He was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers, Hubert and Robert Lovelace.
Survivors include his wife, Nancy Lehman Lovelace of Linton, two daughters, Melissa Chapman (Paul) of Dugger, and Nanette Goodman of Dugger, one sister, Nelda Barnard (Raymond) of Dugger, one sister-in-law, Mary Josephine Lovelace of Adrian, MO, five grandchildren, Sarah, Michael, Jared, Susanne, and Joshua, and eight great-grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held at 1:00 PM, on Monday, June 23, 2014, at Fairview Cemetery in Linton, Indiana with Jacob Michael Goodman singing “Amazing Grace”, Bishop James Michael Goodman saying a few words, and Pastor Steve Talpas officiating. Arrangements were entrusted to Newkirk’s Funeral Home in Dugger, Indiana.
