Mary Frances Moore, 95, of Dugger, Indiana, went peacefully to be with the Lord at 4:30 AM on Friday, October 14, 2016, at her home in Dugger.
She was born on June 23, 1921, the daughter of Osa Frederick and Jennie Plummer Frederick.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her first husband Leonard Wheeler in 1962, her second husband, Leo Dean Moore in 2001, her son, Lenny R Wheeler, one grandchild, Gerald Dean Pirtle, and two brothers, Winfred Frederick and George Frederick.
Survivors include her daughter, Sheena Pope of Dugger, four grandchildren, Leonard and Lenny Wheeler, Francie Ausman, and Cecil Scott Pope, four nieces, seven great-grandchildren, and three great-great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be at 1:00 PM, Wednesday, October 19, 2016, at Newkirk’s Funeral Home with Rev. Bill Sam Phegley officiating. Interment will follow in Bethany Cemetery. Visitation will be from 11:00 AM until 1:00 PM on Wednesday at Newkirk’s.
