My dad (Wayne Dicus) knew Perry and I know Bill and Perry. Perry aways came up to me and said Hello and we would talk about the earlier days in our lifes. and ask how we were both are doing. Good Guy!! Going to be sadly missed. THoughts and Prayers go out to the Family.
